Beginning in 2026, the Iowa Lacrosse Association awards the Austin Turner Leadership Award to a male and female high school athlete from each participating club. There individuals are selected by their clubs for the leadership, sportsmanship, commitment to improving their skills and those of their teams, and dedicated to growing the game.
